Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 6, 2026 · Applies to the Routeva iOS app and this site.

Privacy first. Temporary help context only—and you can turn cloud assist off. We do not sell nodes, and we do not need an account to use Routeva.

Who we are

Routeva is a smart proxy client published by Yiling Labs. It helps people who already have a proxy subscription connect, understand failures honestly, and apply safe client-side repairs when they confirm.

Data on this device

Stored locally by default

Subscriptions, configuration, connection settings, Config Snapshots, and Activity-style event records stay on your iPhone. Routeva has no required user account or login.

What we don’t collect by default

Help & cloud assist

In Help, cloud assist is on by default for lower friction when you ask for connection help. When on, Routeva may send temporary, redacted analysis context (for example: problem category, diagnostic summary, environment/DNS summary).

With cloud assist off, Help still works with local and rule-based explanations and the same tool boundaries.

Diagnostics & repair

Connectivity checks, node selection signals, and diagnostics run to keep the connection honest (tunnel ready + probe). Repair only runs after your confirmation for client-fixable issues, and may create a local Config Snapshot so changes can be rolled back.

Optional product analytics, if introduced later, will be disclosed and optional—never required to connect with a subscription you already own.

What you control

Children

Routeva is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
