Terms of Use
Routeva is a proxy client. We do not sell nodes or subscriptions. You bring your own subscription link or configuration.
Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Routeva (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is published by Yiling Labs (“we”, “us”). These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Yiling Labs. They are written for clarity; they are not a substitute for professional legal advice in your jurisdiction.
What Routeva is
Client only
Routeva helps you import a subscription or nodes you already have, connect through the system VPN, diagnose failures honestly, and apply limited client-side repairs after you confirm. We do not operate a proxy network, airport, or node marketplace.
- You must obtain subscriptions or nodes from a third party of your choosing.
- Availability, speed, unlock, and legality of those services are between you and that provider.
- We do not guarantee that any particular website, app, or stream will work.
Eligibility & acceptable use
You may use Routeva only if you can form a binding contract and only in ways that are legal where you are.
- Comply with all applicable laws and your network provider’s rules.
- Do not use the App to attack, scan, spam, distribute malware, or infringe others’ rights.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the App or our services beyond ordinary use and permitted research.
- Do not misrepresent the App as a VPN service provider that sells access.
You are responsible for how you use any proxy, tunnel, or subscription configured in the App.
Permissions & system access
The App may request system VPN / network extension permission. You can deny or revoke it in iOS Settings. Without permission, core connect features will not work. Repair and mode changes only run with your confirmation where the product requires it; they still may change how traffic is routed on your device.
Help & optional cloud assist
Help may use on-device logic and, if enabled, temporary cloud assist for connection troubleshooting. Cloud assist is described in the Privacy Policy and can be turned off. Help suggestions are not legal, security, or professional advice, and may be incomplete.
Purchases (if offered)
If we offer paid features (for example a one-time unlock), billing is handled by Apple via In-App Purchase. Pricing, taxes, and refunds follow Apple’s terms and your App Store account region. Free Beta periods may change when commercial features launch; we will not invent a “subscription” product name that confuses you with proxy provider subscriptions.
No warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, successful connection to any network, or that diagnostics or repairs will fix every problem (for example provider-side outages or your local network).
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YILING LABS AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SUBSCRIPTION OR NODE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App feature at issue in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $10, if you paid nothing.
Some places do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.
Third-party services
Subscriptions, nodes, DNS resolvers, CDNs, and other third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for those services. Links on this site or in the App do not mean we endorse a provider.
Intellectual property
The App, name, branding, and related materials are owned by Yiling Labs or its licensors. These Terms do not give you rights to our trademarks or source code beyond the limited license to use the App as provided through the App Store.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may stop providing the App or related web services, or restrict access, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the product.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
Governing law
Unless mandatory local law says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Yiling Labs’ principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts there will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law gives you the right to bring claims in your home jurisdiction.
